We currently collaborate with 19,000+ merchants across 10 European countries, and the effective qualification and conversion of inbound leads is a pivotal focus for us. /ppbAbout The Job /b /ppWe are seeking a driven and customer-focused bInbound Account Executive /b to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into successful partnerships. By responding to interest generated via our marketing efforts, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in expanding Alma’s footprint in the Italian market. You will be based in either bMilan /b or bParis /b, with occasional travel between the two cities. /ppbAbout The Mission /b /ppbLead Qualification Conversion /b /pulliManage a high volume of inbound leads through phone, email, and video calls. /liliQualify prospects by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process. /liliConvert qualified leads into active customers by clearly communicating Alma’s value proposition. /li /ulpbSales Process Management /b /pulliGuide prospects through the sales funnel from initial interest to onboarding. /liliCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies. /liliMaintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and deals in our CRM. /li /ulpbCustomer Needs Solutioning /b /pulliConduct needs assessments to tailor Alma’s solutions to each prospect. /liliProvide clear product demonstrations and answer detailed questions about our platform. /liliServe as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand how Alma can solve their business challenges. /li /ulpbReporting Optimization /b /pulliProvide regular feedback to marketing and product teams on lead quality and customer insights. /liliTrack and report on sales performance and funnel metrics. /liliContinuously improve sales approaches and messaging based on data and learnings. /li /ulpbExperience /b /ppbAbout you /b /pulliAt least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced Tech or SaaS environment. /liliProven ability to manage a high volume of leads and achieve conversion targets. /li /ulpbSkills /b /pulliExcellent communication and active listening skills. /liliStrong ability to quickly build rapport and understand customer needs. /liliHigh level of organization and attention to detail. /liliComfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms. /liliFluency in English and Italian is required. /li /ulpbAbout The Recruitment Process /b /pulliInterview with the Recruiter (30 min) /liliInterview with the Hiring Manager (45 min) /liliTake home test /liliInterview with the General Manager of Italy (30 min) /liliInterview with the VP Sales (30 min) /li /ulpbSeniority level /b /pulliNot Applicable /li /ulpbEmployment type /b /pulliFull-time /li /ulpbJob function /b /pulliSales and Business Development /li /ulpReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Alma by 2x /ph3Related opportunities /h3pSales Account Executive, Emilia and Marche Italy /ppResponsabile Commerciale (Sales Account Manager) - Veneto Area /ppSenior Account Manager Business Development /ppSales Account Executive, Northeast Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
