Duties & Responsibilities Design, implement, and monitor the Integrated Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management System, ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards. Assess risks and define preventive measures for worker and environmental protection, including managing PPE, emergency services, and incident reporting. Coordinate internal and external audits, manage non-conformities and corrective actions, and liaise with certification bodies, clients, and authorities. Lead the QHSE team, supervise quality controls on raw materials, processes, and finished products, and collaborate with production departments to optimize processes. Promote a culture of safety and quality through training (in synergy with HR), manage QHSE improvement plans, monitor KPIs, and maintain updated procedures and reports. Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Management, Environmental Engineering or related fields. 3–5 years in similar roles within the metalworking or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality control techniques. Familiarity with problem-solving tools and continuous improvement methods.
