We are looking for a TECHNICAL INSIDE SALES employee to support our Sales Managers and distribution partners and take ownership of the internal coordination of customer projects.
Your responsibilities
Project coordination: Independent management of customer projects from inquiry to delivery — in close alignment with sales, engineering, and production.
Technical consulting: Supporting customers and sales teams with guidance and recommendations for project success.
Customer support: Serving as the direct point of contact for customers on project-related and technical matters.
Quotation & order management: Preparing customized quotes, following up, and providing accurate cost information.
Product knowledge: Continuously deepening and maintaining knowledge of products and services.
Internal coordination: Collaborating with internal technical departments to resolve complex technical issues.
Your profile
Technical training or degree
Basic knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and/or experience with DIALux evo software is an advantage
Proficiency with common MS Office applications as well as ERP and CRM environments
Strong organizational skills and a structured working style
Excellent German or English skills, good knowledge of Italian
Customer-oriented mindset and a hands‐on attitude
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
