In this role, you will be getting your hands on the hardware on the production floor together with the AIT team and you will manage the team's resources (lead the team, manage priorities and rule the labs). The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, have experience in coordinating deeply technical assembly and testing activities, and have experience in electrical/electronics AIT. You will be working closely with the Product Owners, QA and the COO.Here's how the role is described by Aleksander, our COO: "We are currently undergoing a transformation from a product development startup to a company with a growing order backlog and production focus. Therefore, we are breaking out an AIT team to allow the R&D and AIT departments to focus on what matters most to them, respectively. You would be joining a start-up in a phase of heavy growth - this means an opportunity for you to grow into a leading role in operations and production over time. Today, the job will be a mix of hands-on and managerial responsibilities, however in the future you'll be able to grow into a production management role or further your skills as an AIT technical expert. This role not only allows but also demands owning everything that is going on in our labs (today about 150 sqm, soon scaling to approx. 500 sqm).
