/p pAs bTeam Leader Engineering /b your Mission is to coordinate and manage New Product Development team (NPD) of Engineering department, with the aim of developing and updating new products and components, managing projects from feasibility to serial production according to the Atlas Copco "Concept to Product" (C-t-P) design guidelines and ensuring product portfolio maintenance.
/p h3The Role /h3 ul liLeading NPD team in order to design 3D/2D drawings and, if necessary, coordinating Gecia support on these activities.
/li liMonitoring new products development according to the Atlas Copco "Concept to Product" (C-t-P) design guidelines and coordinating activities of your team.
/li liManagement of NPD projects, following the design, drawings, carrying out risk and cost analysis, in compliance with current legislation.
/li liSelection of the components by evaluating them from a technical and economic point of view.
/li liMonitoring prototype development and test results in order to verify their compliance with technical specifications, in cooperation with Team Leader Labo.
/li liCreation of all the drawings necessary for the prototypes production, on which the final tests will be carried out and the BOM will be released.
/li liDrawing up the CE technical files and providing needed information to release instruction manuals.
/li liCreating and updating Technical Files, project documentation and presentations.
/li /ul h3What We Expect From Our Candidates /h3 ul liProven experience in people management (min 3 years) /li liProven experience in engineering (min 5 years) /li liUniversity Degree - Mechanical engineering or similar /li liItalian and English fluency /li liPositive and proactive approach, empathy and resilience /li liStructured approach to lead activities with precision and punctuality /li liProblem solving and team working attitude /li liAbility to coordinate a team by taking care of priorities and deadlines, being able to plan ahead /li liAbility to maintain respectful relations with all colleagues in order to foster a safe, calm and productive environment /li liTrigger and maintain the conditions of active information sharing in the department and between the different functions within the company, with the goal to foster integrated actions to maximize our (internal or external) customers' satisfaction.
