Provides a technical resource to production, site logistics, maintenance and projects. Responsible to manage the Process Automation coordinating the support of PA service supplier (Siemens). Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliApplies Process Engineering Work Process Discipline and Global Project Methodology (GPM). /liliEnsures Process Automation is aligned with plant procedures and Business strategy and standards. Owner of the plant process automation document MDP (Manufacturing discipline package). /liliSupports the plant personnel in the implementation of new electronic tools. /liliImplements the AI Corporate resources to innovate and optimize work processes. /liliEnsures that the process design is safe, meets DOW safety principle and other EHS requirements. /liliDrives project execution to ensure successful results within their disciplines. /liliProvides input to project schedule and plans, then monitors progress against the plans. /liliEnsures process design deliverables meet the needs of the project including functioning as intended, on time and within budget. /liliIdentifies technical problems both within designs and existing operations.
