Thermon expanded its capabilities by acquiring F.A.T.I., a renowned company in Italy specializing in process heaters. This acquisition allows us to enhance our range of electric heaters used in various industries around the world.
The Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a strong commercial mindset combined with technical understanding and excellent administrative and follow-up skills. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses, accurate quotations, and proactive communication to maintain and grow relationships. You work closely with the sales and engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming inquiries and provide technical and commercial support to customers.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Maintain customer records and manage order processing in line with company standards.
* Collaborate with the external sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Thermon products and solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
* Technical experience and/or interest combined with commercial experience.
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.
* Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
