PWe are searching for a talented BUYER who share our values, with innovative capacity for working with us by integrating in a diverse team that work together. /ppWhat will you be doing in this role? /ppbThis position will have the following responsibilities : /b /pulliExecutes direct / indirect materials purchasing and procurement for given sites, in accordance with replenishment, logistics footprints and inventory control as approved by Supply Chain. /liliResponsible for issuing Purchase orders to ensure on time and right quantity material availability at the Supply Chain agreed price and conditions using ETS approved vendors. /li /ulpbResponsibilities and deliverables include : /b /pulliManage relationships with suppliers in his scope of responsibility while driving efficiencies and cost reductions. /liliDeploy contracts, standard terms conditions, preferred payment terms and Incoterms, in conformance with business objectives and strategies set by Supply Chain. /liliIssue Purchase Orders and follow up with approval compliance process, Open PO reports communication to suppliers in support of materials expediting and inventory control. /liliEnsure Material Availability with correct timing to support Site production /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders (eg. Technical dept.) and engage with vendors to coordinate production and shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays. /liliIdentify and execute possibility of negotiation coming from Purchase Requisitions Analysis /liliManage and mitigate supplier price increase request /liliEnsure Inventory stock levels availability /liliDefine, in agreement with the relevant Category Leaders, the correct replenishment strategy for the different material / suppliers /li /ulpWork Experience Education Requirements /ppbEducation and experience /b /pulliA Bachelor of Science degree in technical, engineering or business discipline is preferred; Master’s degree a plus. /lili5+ years of professional experience in procurement and material management roles preferred. /li /ulpbPersonality traits and practical experience /b /pulliMust have outstanding numerical, quantitative analytical thinking, organizational abilities and project management and negotiation skills. /liliExperience in resolving materials flow issues, within a matrix functional organization. /liliAbility to influence others build productive, motivated, committed, high performance teams. /liliStrong demonstrated ability for discipline and highly self-motivated for working on repetitive and routine tasks independently and under pressure, while achieving high standard results. /liliAbility to build, develop and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally. /liliAbility for high problem identification and problem resolution, demonstrated ability to make sound judgment and decisions. /liliA pronounced customer-centric focus, performance accountability, innovation adaptability, positive energy, respect teamwork and absolute integrity (winning right). /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
