* Analyze and optimize network performance (voice & data KPIs)
* Implement and validate new features (FOA activities)
* Perform end-to-end analysis across multi-RAT networks
* Support RAN design and integration with Core Network
* Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Requirements
* Experience with Nokia RAN (BSC, RNC, AirScale, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, xpavfwm 5G networks
* Experience with RAN interfaces (S1, X2, Iu, Abis)
* Hands-on experience in KPI analysis and network optimization
* Ability to work in international and technical environments
* High-impact telecom project with strong technical ownership and long-term potential.
