This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative' you will assist customers in Italian' helping them navigate the marketplace and addressing their inquiries. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries regarding product listings' orders' returns' and account management via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide detailed information about marketplace policies' transaction processes' and customer services. - Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their accounts and transactions. - Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience. - Stay informed about marketplace trends and updates to provide relevant assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service' ideally in e-commerce or online marketplace environments. - Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. - Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries. - Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with online marketplace platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays as necessary. - Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
