Auditor Automotive (English Language)
The Warranty Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing warranty claims submitted by dealership departments to ensure compliance with warranty policies and internal guidelines.
Audit warranty repair orders and claims to ensure accuracy and completenessHigh school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, Engineering, or related field degree preferred)~2+ years of experience in warranty administration, audit, or dealership aftersales operations~ Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage
Experience with automotive warranty auditingUnderstanding of automotive repair operationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsHybrid work environment combining office-based (Turin) and remote workFrequent travel required across various European countries to conduct on-site audits and dealership assessmentsStandard business hours with flexibility required to accommodate travel schedules and audit timelinesOccasional extended hours during peak audit periods or project deadlines
