In this role you will manage procurement activities to support demand and production schedules, collaborating with planning, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and optimal inventory. You will drive supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor stock levels to minimize risks. The position sits within Manufacturing Operations and offers a hands-on path to impact supply chain performance in a hybrid setup. You’ll contribute to KPI attainment and cross-functional process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries
- Source new suppliers and negotiate rates
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Maintain and update supplier/vendor list
- Work toward department KPIs
- Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, R&D;, Regulatory
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Troubleshoot procurement process issues
Qualifications
- 2 years working experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations
- Proactivity, critical thinking, problem solving skills
- Teamwork orientation
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office365); Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query) a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle a plus
- Good English written and spoken
