Responsibilities
* Eseguire controlli non distruttivi su saldature e materiali utilizzando tecniche VT, PT, MT, UT, FT, HT, PMI (OES e XRF).
* Verificare disegni tecnici, specifiche di saldatura e procedure di ispezione (standard ASME, EN, ISO, AWS, CSA).
* Documentare e comunicare accuratamente i risultati delle ispezioni, inclusi la classificazione delle indicazioni, tipo di difetto e decisioni di accettazione/rifiuto.
* Supportare i team di qualità e produzione nell'identificazione e risoluzione di non conformità relative a saldature e materiali.
* Eseguire ispezioni visive prima, durante e dopo le operazioni di saldatura.
* Garantire la corretta calibrazione e manutenzione delle apparecchiature e degli strumenti NDT.
* Rispettare i protocolli di sicurezza durante tutte le attività di ispezione e collaudo.
Qualifications
* Diploma tecnico.
* Possesso di Certificazioni CND di Livello 2 valide secondo la norma UNI EN ISO 9712 in almeno tre dei seguenti metodi: VT, PT, MT, UT.
* Esperienza rilevante in operazioni CND nei settori Oil & Gas, Petrolchimico o Industria Pesante.
* Conoscenza dei codici e standard pertinenti (es. ASME V, IX, B31.3, EN ISO, AWS D1.1).
* Ottima capacità di interpretare i risultati delle ispezioni e collaborare con ingegneri e personale di saldatura per azioni di follow-up.
* Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di saldatura e delle tecniche di fabbricazione.
