Anticipate and Delight: Butler Role at an Exclusive Villa
We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Butler to join our team at a luxurious villa in Portofino. As part of our elite service, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their every need is met with precision and care.
Main Responsibilities:
* Anticipate guests' needs and handle complaints with poise and professionalism.
* Deliver food and beverage service with impeccable timing and accuracy.
* Maintain the highest standards of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifully.
* Persoanlize the bar offer to create a unique experience for each guest.
* Establish strong relationships with guests, responding promptly to their requests and inquiries.
* Ensure that the quality of service meets our high standards, consistently exceeding expectations.
* Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to you.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred.
2. Previous professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment.
3. Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
4. HACCP certification.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints effectively.
7. Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
