Overview
R+S Workshop (rs-workshop.it) is an Italian architectural & interior design firm, with a focus on hospitality (hotels), operating both in Italy and abroad.

We are looking for an Interior Designer with hotel-interior design experience to join our team.
You will be working in close collaboration with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, imaginative, and functional interiors for hotel projects.
Develop interior design concepts for hotels, from schematic design through to construction documentation.
Coordinate with architects and engineering teams to ensure design integration.
Produce detailed drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and 3D visualizations.
Prepare presentations and materials for clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical, and safety standards.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
At least 3 years of experience in interior design, specifically in hotel / hospitality interiors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino.
Strong sense of aesthetics, spatial composition, materials, lighting, finishes.
Good ability to work in a team, manage deadlines, communicate clearly.
