SAP PP Project Manager (JOB-092024-259233) Bologna (province), Italy
For the innovative leader of the Civil Engineering sector, we are looking for an SAP PP Project Manager to join the IT Applications team at the Company’s headquarters in Bologna.
This figure will play a key role in the S/4HANA Migration Project at an international level, being the internal referent for the PP and MM modules.
Your responsibilities
* Follow the standard methodologies and deliverables requested by the Group
* Prepare and manage each project phase with a detailed activity planning
* Collect business requirements and respect them during the project preparation phase
* Respect the budget allocated for each project
* Manage communication to all project stakeholders about main milestones and project status
* Coordinate internal and external teams
* Ensure good performance of end-users after the trainings offered
* Facilitate an effective handover phase to application maintenance teams
* Lead the demand process worldwide, maintaining the related project portfolio (ICT/application)
* Update application map and interface tracker
* Contribute to project planning and external vendors qualification
* Participate in requirement gathering, updating processes impacted by projects realized
Experience required
* At least 3-6 years of experience in a similar SAP functional role with strong knowledge of the SAP PP module; knowledge of MM module is a plus.
* Master’s Degree, preferably in Engineering or Economics
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Consulting approach to projects
* Knowledge of at least one of the main project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, CMMI, Prince2, etc.)
* Involvement in MES or Supply Chain implementation projects will be considered a plus
* Problem-solving and team-working attitudes, proactive approach, and good communication skills
* Available for business trips
