Overview
TXT Group is expanding its QA team and is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Milan or in a fully remote position. Our mission is to provide customers with a market-leading suite of applications, supporting a new collaborative approach to aircraft configuration processes through innovative technology solutions with 3D and VR support. The selected candidate will work within an international team of developers, product owners, data analysts and designers, focusing on software testing and test automation.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that our applications function as designed
* Define and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and user experience
* Create and maintain automated test suites to be executed within a continuous integration environment
* Report and track bugs
* Work within a cross-functional Scrum team with two-week sprints
* Communicate effectively with technical specialists and customers
* Create and maintain test documentation
* Manage and execute regression tests
Required Technical Skills
* Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
* Good knowledge of TypeScript and C# for web application testing
* Excellent communication skills
Preferred Technical Skills
* Knowledge of bug tracking systems and software testing tools
* Experience with test automation frameworks
* Knowledge of continuous deployment methodologies
* Background in aerospace or aviation
* Experience with innovative 3D and VR technologies
* ISTQB certification
Soft Skills
* Solution-oriented mindset
* Fast learner
* Ability to work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility
Required Experience
* Middle: 3–5 years of experience
* Senior: 6+ years of experience
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
Languages
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Italian
* German (considered a plus)
