Responsibilities Actively prospect a portfolio of key account prospects (Tier 1) to increase the customer base in Italy. Follow up and develop a portfolio of key accounts (Tier 1) and deploy our new innovations to existing customers. Organize responses to tenders and write commercial proposals, in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers, after-sales services, installations, deployment, etc.) and, if necessary, in collaboration with the Global Account Manager in charge of the account at a global level. Develop turnover within the commercial scope and achieve the objectives set. Secondary tasks Develop good relationships with the decision makers at the highest level. Participate in client events or trade shows. Assist marketing in developing business cases or customer stories. Update regularly the CRM tools with opportunities and manage the customer and prospect base. Feedback information about competitors to the manager and the marketing department. Qualifications Professional Experiences: 4-5 years in a similar position with a strong performance orientation. The candidate should have a sales background in selling technical, complex hardware and software solutions with services in B2B with a long sales cycle. Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Italian. Another language is a plus. Required qualifications: Excellent relationship skills ranging from store level to C-level. Ability to identify solution value for individual customers and transform this into additional sales. High level of personal drive and proactive work methods.
