What you’ll do
Lead / maintain process related to electronics assembly
Develop advanced PCBA manufacturing technology and process. Implement new manufacturing technology or materials for high yield and cost effectiveness
Manage work instructions, process documentation
Participate in new product introduction of PCBA assemblies, working closely with design engineers, and products specialists
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in engineering /-related area (preferred Electrical engineering, automation). Good understanding of automation techniques, databases, and computation software. Experience in implementing engineering projects (new technology/new machine introduction). Good problem-solving skills and mindset. Well-developed self-organizing skills. Good command of English language (written/spoken).
Preferred Skills and experience:
Hands-on experience working in SMT processing and/or related PCBA processes (4+ years)
Knowledge of statistical techniques and methods such as experiment design
Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards
Experience with SQL, Python
Experience with LEAN Six Sigma
Experience with basic failure analysis tools and methods (X-ray, cross-section, polishing)
