Cossi Costruzioni is seeking an Rspp to be inserted within one of the lots for the Verona-Padova AV/AC railway line project.

It is a key player in Valtellina and, as of April 2019, a partner of Webuild S.p.A, a global leader in designing and executing large, complex projects in sustainable mobility, hydroelectric, water, and bio-building sectors. Today, it is the fastest-growing company within the group and is establishing itself as a General Contractor for infrastructural contracts across Italy.
The candidate will report hierarchically to the Project Manager and functionally to the SQSA Manager, with the task of coordinating the dedicated ASPP for the project.
The role involves managing the Prevention and Protection Service and performing activities such as (but not limited to):
* Updating the company's DVR
* Drafting the company's POS for ongoing activities
* Organizing monitoring campaigns and verifying risk assessment documentation (external executor)
* Planning and supervising periodic fire safety checks by third-party companies, verifying documents, and maintaining registers
* Managing training and internal information for staff (compliance with art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08), especially regarding PPE of Category III (fall protection) and machinery/equipment use (e.g., sweepers, concrete mixers) not regulated by standards
* Handling accident documentation and procedures, and preparing documentation required by authorities for occupational diseases
* Interacting with the occupational doctor regarding work environments, health surveillance, and risk assessment
* Verifying subcontractors' documentation concerning their technical-professional suitability, POS, and vehicle/personnel tagging
* Maintaining a schedule of all documentation produced by subcontractors (general, personnel, and vehicles), with systematic renewal upon expiry
* Participating in coordination meetings convened by the CSE
* Conducting site inspections (both documented and informal) and managing related system documentation
* Engaging (formally and informally) with entities such as AST, CPT, ARPAV, CFS, etc.
* Adhering to group procedures (in collaboration with QHSE) and providing monthly HS data reports
Required professional qualifications:
* Degree in Safety/Environmental Engineering or equivalent
* Proficiency in Office Suite, Excel, Word; Autocad
* Knowledge of Legislative Decree 152/06 and subsequent amendments, Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 (preferable), ISO 45001:2018 (preferable)
* Specific RSPP training for the sector (for RSPP)
We wish to connect with experienced technicians who will support the Service in managing all office and site tasks, as well as duties and obligations under Legislative Decree No. 81/08, for which the RSPP is responsible. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in structured construction companies, preferably in the railway, highway, hospital, or airport sectors, and be willing to relocate to Verona.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong teamwork skills and operational autonomy.
