Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the Plant Execution Team to activate BOMs, coordinate NPDI/ETO activities, and ensure on-time delivery of prototypes and customer builds. You will run daily standups and 2-week sprints to maintain schedule and quality, fostering a culture of timely delivery and collaboration. You’ll identify bottlenecks, drive improvements in BOM activation, and standardize handoffs from product development to manufacturing. This position sits at the intersection of engineering, procurement, and operations to deliver critical programs for Vertiv.

- Lead PET to activate and order bills of materials; coordinate with NPDI and ETO teams; ensure on-time delivery of internal/external prototypes and customer builds
- Host daily standups and execute 2-week sprints using Agile methods to deliver activation, ordering, and builds on time with quality
- Foster team culture to remove barriers and operate as one for customer needs
- Manage build schedules; track material availability; resolve bottlenecks; report status, risks, and escalations to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in BOM activation speed/accuracy and develop standard plant execution handoffs from development to plant teams
Responsabilità
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years PM experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or product development
- Strong understanding of BOM structure, activation, and procurement
- Experience with NPDI/ETO processes
- Experience with Agile/scrum master preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery
- Strong communication across product development, supply chain, procurement, and plant operations
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent builds and tight timelinesStrong problem-solving skills to remove bottlenecks quickly
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Self-starter capable of turning high-level objectives into execution plans
