Responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks associated with Loss Prevention, directed by the Security Manager, to ensure the security of company assets, goods of the client and the compliance to the Security policies. The ideal candidate has a strong and proof experience in Loss prevention, is a data driven professional who strive to success and play the role in a team playing framework.
Ensure full knowledge of and exemplify Loss Prevention (LP)/Security policy, procedure and standards;
Monitor potential employee theft suspicions. Communicate and support all initiatives surrounding shortage reduction including, but not limited to audits, inventory counts etc…
Offer recommendations and solutions to potential loss/security concerns;
Special projects/events as assigned;
Respond to alarm calls as needed and required in order to resolve all issues causing them;
Supporting stakeholders for all matters of stock control/management.

Ensure all security staff/supplier/GXO staff understand and make effort to achieve the objective.
Understand and follow the Standard Operations Procedures.
Understand and follow all Security policies and procedures.
Understand all systems, CCTV, Intruder Alarm System, EAS Barriers and ensure correct usage.
Diploma or Degree
Experience in the role of at least 5 years in structured multinational companies
Fluent English and Italian languages, both writing and speaking
Strong verbal and written communication skills

The willingness to move throughout the national territory is important, as well as at the offices of customers, suppliers and the Italian and European headquarters.
