Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed. Requirements: Language skills: Italian (C1/C2) & English (C1). Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Residence: Must already reside in Malta. Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
