As Director of Marketing Communications, you will lead the pre-opening and ongoing marketing strategy for Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina. You will shape brand identity, oversee PR and digital campaigns, and align cross‑functional stakeholders to position the property as a top luxury destination. You’ll manage the marketing team and collaborate with corporate partners to maximize visibility and direct bookings. This role offers the chance to influence brand narrative from launch through daily operations in a world‑class Alpine setting. You will drive impact through innovative campaigns, premium content, and strong media relations.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Lead pre‑opening and launch marketing activities, including brand introduction, media strategy, campaigns, and opening events
* Oversee brand identity development and production of collaterals across outlets
* Manage Marketing & Communications budget planning and annual advertising plan implementation
* Design and execute PR strategy to secure local, national, and international media exposure
* Cultivate relationships with MOHG international PR network and Corporate Communications
* Oversee hotel press office activities: media relations, press releases, media visits, press kit updates
* Develop and monitor social media strategy and paid social campaigns with global digital marketing teams
* Coordinate PPC, meta search, and email campaigns to boost direct digital bookings
* Plan and supervise photography and videography sessions for media, digital, and collateral use
* Ensure up‑to‑date brand‑appropriate website copy and oversee website content updates
* Lead web analytics to guide digital marketing strategy and optimize paid search
* Provide local insight on seasonality, events, and competitor activity to maximise ROI on paid channels
* Act as primary digital and ecommerce contact for new website, mobile, or social feature implementations
* Lead and develop the Marketing & Communications team
Responsabilità
* Previous experience in luxury hospitality, luxury retail, agency, or marketing environment
* Effective time management, communication, and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English
* High proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
