Experteer OverviewIn this role you will lead project engineering activities and ensure engineering work packages meet quality, cost, and delivery commitments. You'll own configuration and design change management and oversee technical performance across the system. You will represent Engineering in the project core team, coordinating interfaces with Design Authorities and stakeholders, while developing maintenance plans and improving reliability. You'll drive optimization actions for maintenance, LCC, and safety, contributing to Alstom's mission of smarter, sustainable mobility.ResponsibilitiesManage project engineering activities and deliver Engineering Work Packages within QCD targets.Own Configuration and Design Change Management for the project.Oversee technical performance of the systems and support relevant services platform.Represent Engineering in the project core team; coordinate with PrXMs and equipment Design Authorities.Define and apply the Engineering Management Plan.Lead the project engineering core team (Metièrs, RAMS) and secure their commitment.Propose actions to optimize maintenance plans and Life‐Cycle Cost (LCC).Support cost reduction initiatives.Implement modifications to maintain products to improve reliability and serviceability while reducing project costs.Update technical documentation of projects.Support Product Safety management to mitigate safety risks.Ensure maintenance development complies with European ECM regulations.Manage Obsolescence Plan.Capture and apply applicable regulations and standards; interface with Certification processes.Develop work instructions and maintenance processes.Analyze technical performance and maintenance effectiveness; drive improvement plans.Develop standardized tools/processes to improve maintenance efficiency.Ensure accurate parts codification and interfaces with Alstom systems.Prepare monthly maintenance reports with contractual reliability and availability targets.Establish and monitor fleet reliability improvement plans and KPI‐driven actions.Manage risks and savings related to LCC.Identify maintenance improvement actions; coordinate with Operations Engineers.Promote latest maintenance techniques and R&D developments.Use RC M and other methodologies to optimize maintenance requirements and intervals.General Technical CompetenciesKnowledge of rolling stock equipment.More than 3 years of experience in railway engineering.Working knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessment.Fluent English.Leadership, teamwork, problem‐solving, goal‐orientation, good communication.Ability to work independently and manage technical risks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
