As a Project Quality Manager TPS Equipment & Projects, you will be accountable for ensuring that the project scope of supply meets the quality contractual requirements. You will work in collaboration with the Project Manager and all supporting functions involved in the project requisition processes, timely managing risks and the relevant mitigation plan in order to minimize the number of escaping defects and ensure that our customers’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
As a Project Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Creating quality plans based on the standard template incorporating additional customer quality and technical regulation and product certification requirements
2. Taking ownership for the quality requirements to ensure effective project execution for our customers, putting in place adequate quality surveillance and risk mitigation plan
3. Managing non-conformance and concessions approval process to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
4. Communicating with internal and external customers to share project related information and build effective relationships
5. Preparing and present quality performance reporting to internal leadership and customers
6. Monitoring the punch list during the scope of supply execution so to achieve zero punch list at shipment
7. Driving On Time Delivery of quality documents and certification book to customer
8. Feeding continuous learning nurturing Lesson Learned process and application
Required Qualifications
9. Have an appropriate level qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Quality Management, or equivalent experience (a Master Degree is recommended)
10. Show solid experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control processes and their application
11. Have analytical and reporting skill and show understanding and experience of problem-solving methodology and Continuous Improvement
12. Be fluently English and Italian
13. Have Quality auditor training & qualification (desired)
14. Exploit previous experience in Oil & Gas industry (desired)
