Description\nSEAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Manager to oversee operations at Lamezia Terme Airport (SUF) and Reggio Calabria Airport (REG). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all station and hangar activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilitiesh3> Manage and supervise all operational activities within the station and hangars, ensuring adherence to SEAS and regulatory standards.\nMonitor the condition of facilities, tools, and equipment, ensuring they meet operational and safety requirements.\nOversee staff competencies, including On-the-Job Training (OJT), authorizations, and approvals.\nCoordinate the personnel assessment process in collaboration with departments such as Quality Assurance (QA) and Planning.\nEnsure optimal use and maintenance of station and hangar resources, tools, and materials.\nIdentify operational issues and implement effective, timely solutions. Requirements Proven experience in both Line and Hangar Management roles.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365; willingness to learn new software tools.\nAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and operational challenges.\nFluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
