You possess strong oral and written communication skills, and you demonstrate a solid methodology for troubleshooting electronic repairs, along with a good understanding of the product.You will receive cross-training on products repaired in the field and are expected to show competence in maintaining the Trace or X-Ray product lines. You must be available to work on special projects, including high-visibility assignments. You investigate recurring problems and attempt to solve them either independently or with the help of others.You have practical knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, enabling you to provide clear and concise reports when necessary. You will troubleshoot, provide support, install, and repair equipment such as Explosive Detection Systems (EDS), Explosive Trace Detection (ETD), or systems like CXS and CIS at customer sites.You maintain detailed records of all activities and properly manage the field service documentation and archiving system until the job is completed. When not traveling, you will support the Technical Support team.
