Reporting To Technical Sales Support Team Leader Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will utilize your technical skills to support the Sales Support team by responding to customer inquiries. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for ELSB/ELSP customers and business partners regarding technical requests. The role is primarily on-site. You will be mainly responsible for: Providing internal and external Technical Sales Support, including technical support and documentation, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure complete case ownership and enhance customer satisfaction. Supporting customers during pre-sales and post-sales technical inquiries. Ensuring resolution of customer issues by collaborating with Product Marketing, Factories, Service, and other teams. Recommending appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with relevant teams for comprehensive handling. Maintaining a positive customer experience and building strong relationships by understanding their needs. Collaborating with internal teams to maintain and update technical documentation to improve self-service resources. Representing the Voice of the Customer within local teams and providing feedback to align processes with customer expectations. Applying safety rules and safe practices in all tasks to promote a safe working environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel. 3-5 years of experience in similar roles. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles. Proactive approach with ownership of customer issues. Diploma in electrical or electronic technology.
