The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing vendor resources to ensure compliance with contracted SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator). Monitoring the performance of assigned systems, ensuring quality operation by tracking tickets and planning maintenance activities. Coordinating and supervising internal operational team activities and external vendors providing services (Help Desk, various assistance) in case of faults or incidents. Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company. Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to achieve operational goals. Producing periodic reports on activities and analyzing improvements, including documentation review for Assurance and repository recovery. Ensuring complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures. Having knowledge of physical security systems: surveillance, access control, intruder alarms, etc., in terms of architecture, components, and operation. Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (ticket and SLA management) and Genetec Security Center. The activity is primarily on-site but remote work options are considered. Part-time hours: 50% Contract duration: from April 15 to December 31, 2025.
