Provide chargeback case management for our issuing/acquiring Italian and International clients. A Chargeback Specialist is responsible for investigating and deciding on chargeback outcomes in line with payment scheme regulations. This role supports cardholders through the chargeback process, while ensuring adherence to operational service levels (SLAs).
