The individual must have a solid background in market product and technical trend, networking technical knowledge and solutions. He/She will work within the TP-LINK Smb/Enterprise Team together with the other team members to help to develop the business. Key job role and responsibilities: · To support the sales team in B2B projects, including VAR, VAD, System Integrators, Public Sector, Hospitality, Network Installers and small service provider business. Support B2B customers network design and troubleshooting, product selection and even on-site training · Work within a team environment and offer support to other areas of the business when required, occasional tradeshow cover and training activities · Responsible of the Technical customer support and unmanaged business · Analyse market trends and gather and share customer information and needs with product management and development · Strategy development for the placement of new innovative product ideas in an existing or new business field, to work with the product team for products in the future. · Further development of B2B account base with particular focus on the SMB range of networking products based on personal willing. Desired Skills and Experience · Completed Bachelor in Computer Science or in the relevant area (or similar working experience)· 2+ years professional experience in technical customer support and network infrastructures · A good sense and understand of the networking development in networking market to help to HQ identify the new products · Good technical experieng and willing to improve skills about networking, network design, product selection and training · A high level of service and customer orientation as well as reliability · Very good knowledge of Italian and good English in spoken and written · Very good social skills, communication skills and organizational skills to manage the customer in technical side and basic understanding about account and project management.
