It supports end‑to‑end business workflows across sales, design, production, supply chain, and logistics, ensuring data and process consistency from order intake to delivery. The position also involves managing product catalogues and production rules, supporting planning and inventory processes, and providing technical‑functional support and user training on Cyncly software and industry design tools. /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 h3Process Analysis and Functional Consulting /h3 ul liAnalyze business processes of manufacturing companies in the furniture sector (kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry). /li liMap operational and information flows between departments: sales, technical office, purchasing, production, logistics, and warehouse. /li liSupport clients in defining functional requirements and standardizing processes. /li liEnsure proper integration between production, supply chain, procurement, and services. /li /ul h3Configuration and Management of the Production ERP System /h3 ul liConfigure the ERP system structure, including security, roles, and permissions. /li liConfigure workflows, statuses, checkpoints, and process rules. /li liManage customization tools (custom attributes, dynamic forms, lookup matrices, criteria, and conditions). /li liConfigure interfaces, forms, dashboards, and reports. /li liMonitor the system and manage troubleshooting activities. /li /ul h3User Training and Support /h3 ul liProvide functional support to end users. /li liDeliver training on the use of the ERP system and related software. /li liSupport go-live and post go-live activities. /li liStay continuously up to date on Cyncly software developments and industry best practices. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience: /h3 ul liHigh school diploma, technical diploma, or university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) /li liSolid understanding of core production ERP system principles /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills /li liAbility to work effectively in a team, with strong listening and communication skills /li liHigh level of motivation, commitment, and reliability /li liStrong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, principles, and techniques /li liGood to excellent knowledge of MS SQL /li liFamiliarity with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar reporting tools /li liExcellent command of Italian (written and spoken) /li liGood to excellent command of English /li liInterest in the furniture and design industry /li liGoal‑oriented and proactive work attitude /li liKnowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably within the wood or furniture manufacturing sector /li /ul h3Opportunities with KBFm BU /h3 pThe KBFm business unit offers distinctive opportunities in a one‑of‑a‑kind workplace setting.
