About the role
We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team.
Annual salary: 35.000,00€ - 40.000,00€
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the operational management of loyalty programs of each different brand
* Deliver CRM activities in order to encourage customer retention and loyalty
* Develop multi-channel communications including personalized newsletter, SMS and push messages in partnership with the marketing team
* Monitor CRM and loyalty KPIs
* Managing customer database quality, integrity and enrichment
* Partner with the store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actions
* Training for store teams of the CRM projects
* CRM initiatives and loyalty program of Stefanel and other brands of OVS Group collaborating with the other CRM team members.
Qualifications
* University background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics
* At least 3 years of experience with a solid focus on CRM
* Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
* Strong analytical mindset
* Solid project management skills
* Digital and innovation-oriented mindset
* Expertise in CRM and Retail reporting
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Team player, able to perform in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
