The Logistics Specialist will report to Global Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Manager, in Novara (Italy). The resource will work along with the Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Team, based in Novara, and the Regional Logistics Managers based within the regional markets. The main goal of the function is to keep the logistic costs structure under control and improve the efficiency of the logistic processes. Key Responsibilities: - Support cross-country logistics budgeting and monthly reporting by collecting, validating, and analyzing cost data from warehouses and 3PL partners. - Monitor logistics contracts' KPIs (e.g. service level, lead times, transport costs) and support the negotiation of terms and conditions with external providers. - Contribute to the design and implementation of cost-saving initiatives, including process re-engineering and efficiency projects in collaboration with Regional Logistics Managers. - Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify performance gaps across warehouses, supporting daily operations and decision-making. - Act as key user for logistics functionalities within the company's ERP (Stealth 3K), supporting testing, training and issue resolution activities. Your Talent: - Degree in Management (gestionale) Engineering, Engineering or Economics. - At least 2 years of experience in logistics or warehousing, preferably within the fashion industry, a 3PL provider or a consulting firm. - Knowledge of warehouse cost structure (facilities, consumables, labor, equipment) and basic principles of logistics economics. - Hands-on experience in process optimization, cost-efficiency initiatives, or business process reengineering. - Excellent analytical skills and confidence in working with large data sets. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; confident in preparing reports and executive summaries; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. - Familiar with ERP systems (preferably Stealth 3K) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). - Fluent in English, both spoken and written. - Availability to travel regularly to our main Distribution Centre in North-East Italy (twice a month) and to the UK warehouse (twice a year).
