Principali Attività - Gestione, integrazione ed efficientamento dei processi industriali (logística, produzione, qualità prodotto); - Gestione dei dati di performance dei plants; - Supporto alle aziende del Gruppo nell’avanzamento di progetti complessi Operations & Supply Chain; - Supporto all'Operations Director della BU RTW per l’elaborazione del piano strategico industriale; - Supporto al dipartimento IT per l’integrazione informatica della filiera attraverso l’analisi dei flussi interni ed esterni; - Supporto all’industrial engineering nello sviluppo di nuove metodologie di produzione. Requisiti Fondamentali/Must have - Laurea in discipline economiche o Ingegneria; - Almeno due anni di esperienza maturata in ruoli analoghi in aziende del settore lusso o in consulenza con un target clienti Fashion & Luxury; - Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese. La conoscenza del francese costituisce un plus. Preferenziali/Nice to have - Disponibilità a svolgere frequenti trasferte nel territorio nazionale/europeo.
