Your role
We are seeking an Assistant to the IT Sourcing Manager (End User Devices) to support sourcing operations, vendor coordination, and administrative activities related to the global End User Devices portfolio.
The role will assist the IT Sourcing Manager in reviewing procurement documentation, contract follow-up, and cross-functional communication, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Group IT standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the preparation and execution of sourcing initiatives, including data gathering, vendor comparison, and documentation.
* Assist in managing the device lifecycle process by coordinating with Group IT, Workplace Management, and local teams.
* Maintain and update sourcing files, contracts, evaluations, and hardware catalog documentation.
* Help monitor renewal plans, and demand tracking through accurate reporting and analysis.
* Ensure compliance with Group policies and assist in preparing materials for audits, reviews, and decision meetings.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing support, IT administration, or related areas.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage documentation, dashboards, and follow-up activities reliably.
* Good communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in English; familiarity with Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications
* Basic understanding of IT hardware procurement or End User Devices.
* Experience with ServiceNow, purchasing systems, or asset management tools.

The position is based in Alba (Piemonte), Hybrid Work.
