Technical Support Engineer – Mexico

Livoltek, a leading provider of solar energy solutions and a member of the Hexing Group, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Italian office. This role focuses on after-sales technical support for our range of inverters and battery storage solutions. Provide technical support to customers and partners for inverters and battery systems.
Offer remote and on-site support to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Conduct training sessions for installers and partners on product usage and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer experience.
Maintain proper documentation of technical support cases and resolutions.
Strong understanding of electrical and solar PV systems .
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals .
Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support customers effectively.
Relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
