Role Overview
An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the successful delivery of high-quality commercial construction and interior fit-out projects in Milan.
This role sits at the centre of project delivery, working closely with design, commercial, and site teams to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, managing programme performance, and ensuring seamless communication from inception through to completion.
What You’ll Do
* Lead projects from mobilisation through to completion, supporting all phases of planning, execution, and delivery
* Attend regular site meetings to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with client expectations
* Act as a key point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and project teams, ensuring clear and proactive communication
* Coordinate site walk-throughs with subcontractors, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of outcomes
* Manage project documentation, workflows, and reporting using construction project management systems (e.g. Vista or equivalent)
* Monitor site progress, identify risks or issues early, and implement corrective actions to maintain programme
* Maintain and update project schedules to reflect progress and ensure key milestones are achieved
* Support coordination across disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery and problem-solving
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing insights and supporting continuous improvement
* Provide flexible support across project needs to ensure successful delivery outcomes

Experience & Skills Required
* 5–10 years’ experience in project management or project engineering within construction
* Strong background in commercial fit-out or tenant improvement projects preferred
* Experience managing subcontractor trades across complex project environments
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Vista (or similar systems)
* Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site delivery
* Ability to manage documentation, programmes, and reporting with accuracy and consistency
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience)
* Sustainability or LEED-related qualifications considered an advantage
* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
