RomaEUR 25.000 - 35.0002 giorni faWe are looking for a motivated Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our pre-opening team.The role will report to the Executive Housekeeper and is located adjacent to Rome Termini Station, a short distance from the Colosseum, at the 238‑room Hyatt Regency Rome Central, a contemporary 5‑star hotel offering premium business services and a notable leisure rooftop experience.The hotel also features a SPA, 5 food & beverage outlets and more than 1000sqm of event venues.Key responsibilitiesSupporting the Executive Housekeeper for directing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department.Handling guests’ complaints and special requests.Ensuring that public areas, guestrooms, and linen are up to the standard.Educating all team members to be compliant with brand standards.Managing monthly inventories and controlling stock levels.Running daily cleanliness spot checks.Managing lost and found items.Monitoring guests’ laundry delivery, linen & staff uniforms.Monitoring the outsourced cleaning company.Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.Skills and requirementsPrevious experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role.Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and industry standards.Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.Good level of English.Flexibility to work during the weekends and public holidays.What we offerA stimulating and collaborative work environment in a 5‑star hotel.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary package.Room discounts available worldwide within the Hyatt portfolio.✨Join our pre-opening team to build strong memories together!We’re committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity and equal opportunity.
