The Avionic Integration Laboratory is a transversal team among the various functions of the Avionic area that deals with the development and maintenance of the various laboratories necessary for the verification of avionic configurations for LHD Helicopters.
The main activities to be performed by our Test System Engineers are:
- Requirement analysis starting from the Avionic System teams and Company procedures
- Avionic lab system requirements and architecture definition & development
- Complete development lifecycle: planning, costs analysis, design, materials research, development, delivery, qualification, maintenance
- Interaction with other internal Departments (Avionic sub-system teams, Project Engineering, Procurement, etc.) and Avionic System teams
- Supplier technical management
Applicants shall be extremely motivated, stimulated by new technologies and the aviation industry. In detail the candidate shall have the following characteristics:
- Engineering degree (eg Aeronautical/Aerospace, Electronics, Biomedical, Automation, Robotics, Telecommunications);
- Problem solving experience at a technical level;
- Communication skills within an international and intercultural environment;
- Focused to work within deadlines, standards, rules and objectives;
- Excellent team working capabilities;
- Proactive approach;
- Available to travel for short/medium periods;
Advantage but not essential:
- Experience with the Design of Electrical Schematics and Wirings (AutoCAD);
- Past experience in Avionic System/Subsystem Design and Development :
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electronic circuit diagrams;
- Use of Multi-meter, Power Supplies, Oscilloscope, PC based diagnostic and simulation tools;
