Position: Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth, develop strong client relationships, and expand Infoship's footprint in the maritime sector. This role is ideal for professionals with a maritime or marine-software background and a strong motivation to contribute to our international expansion.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the Infoship platform and related services.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, qualify prospects, conduct negotiations, and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with shipowners, ship-managers, and marine operators, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful platform implementation.
Monitor pipeline, forecast sales results, and provide periodic reporting.
Analyze maritime market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
Represent Infoship at conferences, trade fairs, industry events, and commercial meetings.
Contribute to positioning Infoship as a leading technological partner for fleet management.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in maritime, shipping, fleet-management, marine-software, logistics, freight-forwarding, or marine services sales .
Solid understanding of maritime operations (fleet management, maintenance, procurement, compliance, QHSE).
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex deals and build long-term partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong planning and organizational abilities.
Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Travel availability (domestic and international).
Degree in Economics, Naval Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
