Non-conformity Cell Team Leader
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1. Monitor the process of non-conformities on purchased parts from ERP containment to purchase order placement and through all the reverse logistics flow.
2. Manage and animate the NCR cell team
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Tasks
3. Manage the Non-conformity Cell Team and take over the escalated topics
4. Adapt capacity vs charge
5. Manage the budge
6. Develop the standards processes and tools for the NCR cell
7. Animate the performance and define adequate KPI’s
8. Insure the good performance of the following : Reduce the backlog of NCR to be sent to the suppliers to the minimum Perform the stock movements (restrictions, transfer, scrap) Place and monitor NCR orders for new parts, warranty, repairs in ERP (GSI), follow up quotations and lead times Ensure lead times are respected for repair orders Manage the reverse logistics back to the supplier with the outbound shipment team Prioritize urgencies according to production lines needs and challenge material planners when a NC generates a missing part Ensure accuracy of NCR purchase orders to reduce the risk of good reception discrepancies
9. Animate daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the involved stakeholders
10. Reports state of blocked stock to Material Management
11. Train the team and install multi competencies skills
12. Participate to audits, APSYS
13. Apply ethic and compliances, EHS rules within the team
Relevant KPI
14. Volume of issued and closed non-conformities
15. Time of replenishment (time between declaration of defect and availability of replacement part on the line)
16. Lead time of notification to suppliers
17. Average time spent in restricted area
18. Overall non-conformity process time
19. Value of blocked stock both on site and at supplier location
EHS :
20. Ensure the application of safety guidelines and proper use of manufacturing equipment
21. Enforce the application of prevention plans / work permit
22. Take all required actions when confronted with any hazard
23. Report all deviation on the production line or in the warehouse
24. Organize problem solving within the department
