We are currently looking for an intern to join our Human Resources team in Milan. As an intern with IQVIA, you will be responsible, under supervision, in supporting HR Business Partners of the local HR team in managing different types of activities such as: - Support HR team in dealing with day-to-day activities (i.e.new joiners forms, employment contract creation, internal communications, maintenance and update of internal systems, internal HR ticketing system, onboarding of new joiners, managing feedback session interviews with new employees) - Participate in internal meetings with business lines: - Gaining experience in dealing with local and international HR dynamics within a complex multinational environment - Support HRBP in preparing reports and deliverables related to specific topics such as:headcount forecast, budget definition, compensations & performance management Desired Skills and Experience - MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in Management, Political Science, Humanities, Psychology or Law: - Specialized Master in Human Resource Management will be considered a plus - Previous experience in HR department would be considered a plus - Strong internal customer focus: - Demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office Skills: ability in working with Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations: - Solid communication skills: - Proficiency both in English and Italian: - Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and to work on a team Location: Milan Internship grant
