TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Training Management Service Officer.
The resource will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing training processes for technical and flight personnel, ensuring maximum operational efficiency while maintaining full compliance with national and international regulatory frameworks and contractual requirements.
Main responsibilities:
Plan and schedule training activities for pilots and technical personnel
Manage the complexity arising from the integration of operational shifts, training availability, instructor coordination, and contractual constraints
Monitor personnel compliance by tracking licenses, certifications, medical expirations, and recency requirements
Collaborate with different business functions to ensure operational coverage and availability of qualified personnel
Proactively prevent operational gaps through effective coordination of activities
Required technical skills:
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Good knowledge of Excel
Optional technical skills:
Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA, ENAC, FAA)
Experience with automated tools for planning and managing technical and flight personnel
Familiarity with management systems such as SAP

High school diploma or degree
