Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Change & Business Adoption, based primarily out of Zug, CH or Antwerp, BE, and open to any IM location in EMEA or the US including Cork, IE, Latina, IT, and Titusville, NJ.

Transcend is a global business transformation program to modernize our transactional processes into a standardized ERP platform, supporting growth and efficiency, and remediating end-of-life system exposure.
The Senior Change & Business Adoption Analyst will identify change impacts, shape barrier mitigation strategies, and lead stakeholder collaboration to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems. They will also develop tools to track change impacts and value realization, improving transparency and transition smoothness during our transformation.
They will partner across functions such as Finance, Plan/Source, Data, VCM, MAKE, Deliver, etc., to develop assessments, understand organizational impacts, and monitor change targets.
Key Responsibilities
Change Impact Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
* Partner with leadership to develop change artifacts like personas, user journeys, and impact assessments.
* Measure KPIs related to adoption activities.
* Build change stories for communication at various levels.
* Identify training needs and support communication efforts.
* Contribute to designing change and adoption frameworks.
* Evaluate effectiveness of change activities and recommend improvements.
* Stay updated on best practices in change management and SAP systems.
Tool Development And Enhancement
* Assist in creating tools and methodologies for impact tracking and value measurement.
* Support dashboard and report development, e.g., PowerBI.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Host workshops and gather feedback on change impacts.
* Support change and adoption initiatives with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education
* Minimum High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Certifications like PMP, FPX, Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
Experience and Skills
* At least 6 months relevant work experience.
* Strong analytical skills with complex data sets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
* Experience in business analysis, supply chain, finance, or data.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet.
* Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
Other
* Up to 30% domestic and international travel.
* Work on-site at least three days per week with flexible remote options.
