In this role, the successful candidate will oversee the technical execution of mechanical seal and coupling engineering orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and full compliance with customer and project requirements. The Regional Engineer will also provide cross‑functional technical support, serving as a key point of reference for all engineering‑related matters. /ppThe Key Responsibilities are below - /pulliSupport the Sales Department during the bid phase, providing technical guidance. /liliSelect materials and design features that best align with seal duty requirements and project specifications. /liliLead the design process for engineered products, working independently or in close collaboration with internal teams. /liliHandle engineering activities, including GAD approvals, release of production details, customer and supplier inquiries and technical calculations. /liliWork collaboratively to analyse and resolve customer claims and address complex or challenging applications. /liliInteract directly with customers when required, participating in technical meetings and delivering training sessions. /li /ulpQualifications /pulliUniversity degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. /liliMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar technical role within an industrial environment. /liliStrong knowledge of rotating equipment, mechanical seals, compressors, pumps, and hydraulic systems. /liliExcellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail. /liliEffective communication abilities and proven team‑working skills. /liliHigh computer proficiency, including MS Office and CAD software (Solid Edge). /liliFluency in English and Italian. /liliWillingness to travel within Italy as needed. /li /ulpAdditional information /ppWith colleagues stretching across the globe, we are proud of our diversity.
