In this hybrid role, you will act as a key point of contact for day-to-day ops — ensuring that workflows, customer requests, and compliance-related processes run smoothly — and you will also collaborate on localized growth campaigns, product feedback loops, and initiatives to enhance the user experience for freelancers and small businesses in Italy.
