Contractual Details
* Employment Type: 1-year contract managed via Randstad Italia SpA (Agency Worker).
* Location: Rome
* Salary Range: €26,000 - €29,000 (commensurate with experience).

Core responsibilities: Support the supply chain team in daily operations across manufacturing, logistics, and inventory. Learn from experts while helping track deliveries, manage data, and improve efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
· Assist in monitoring manufacturing schedules and delivery timelines to support on-time fulfillment.
· Help manage inventory records and support warehouse coordination activities.
· Collect and organize supply chain data for forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
· Support logistics planning and transportation tracking under team guidance.
· Identify basic process gaps and contribute ideas for operational improvements.
· Help gather sustainability-related data (e.g., packaging, emissions) to support green supply chain goals.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s/master’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
· Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics concepts, gained through previous working experience (1-2 years).
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks with support from the team.
· Good written and spoken English and Italian, Chinese mother tongue.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
· Proficient in Excel and familiar with data entry/reporting tools (e.g., PowerPoint, simple dashboards).
