Overview Job Description Prepares promotional and marketing initiatives. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with marketing strategy and business goals. Create and curate engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, R&D, HR, etc.) to ensure brand consistency. Manage the social media calendar and schedule posts using Sprout Social tool. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth. If necessary, coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for campaigns and partnerships. Prepare monthly reports and present insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities Supports the digital marketing team on delivering our strategy and plans Collaborates with and/or provides direction to cross-functional teams on our digital marketing plans, gaining insight from experts around the business such as Product Marketing and Marketing Communications, internal IT/Operations teams and external agencies/vendors. Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Experience in paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. Multilingual skills or experience in international markets. Experience with social media management tools and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
